Jamison is an Estimator and Project Manager in our Reconstruction team. His extensive background in construction along with his entrepreneurial spirit make him a great leader and self-starter. We appreciate his professionalism and our customers value his excellent communication skills

Doris Williams

Doris is our Production Manager who brings 5+ years of restoration experience to the team. She is very detail oriented and understands the importance of good communication. She is IICRC Certified in Water Damage and Restoration as well as Fire & Smoke Restoration and OSHA 30.

Mindi Parker

Mindi Parker is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Park Cities. Mindi is responsible for restoration of water damage, fire damage, and many of the other services that we offer. Mindi has years of experience of in the industry and is a great leader out in the field with our technicians. She is a valued part of the team who always provides the best service to our customers.

Rhonda Lesman

Rhonda is a Job File Coordinator. She creates detailed estimates, keeps the teams on track and manages both internal and external communications.. Rhonda is certified through the IICRC in (WRT) Water Damage Restoration

Melissa Olivera

Melissa is a Job File Coordinator with an eye for detail and a passion for customer satisfaction. She helps with estimates and timeline management and always has a smile on her face when you visit the office.

Jorge Ramirez

We're happy to welcome Jorge back to our SERVPRO family, he was with us a few years ago. He is a Crew Chief with loads of experience on the Restoration side so getting reacquainted with the work flow took him no time at all. Jorge is friendly, and enjoys listening to music to motivate him throughout the work day.

Skylar LaBounty

Skylar joined us as a Crew Chief with 10 years of work experience in the restoration industry. He enjoys working with his hands and his extensive knowledge of all things mitigation has been essential in making sure all projects run smoothly.

Guillemo “Memo” Villafana

Guillermo has been working with us since 2019 and was promoted to Crew Chief because of the quality of his work. He is a certified Water Damage Restoration Technician with great attention to detail and customers appreciate his calm leadership on-site.

Aaron Smith

Aaron is a Crew Chief in-training. His prior knowledge of Restoration allowed him to hit the ground running when he joined us here at SERVPRO of Park Cities. He is determined and resourceful, and his willingness to take initiative has made him a valuable asset to the team.

Francisco Velazquez

Francisco is one of our Restoration Technicians with great work ethic. He works primarily in Contents, but is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. His coworkers enjoy his polite helpful nature.

Hector Garcia

Join us in welcoming Hector to the team! His positive attitude is a breath of fresh air when emergencies arise. He is hard-working, eager to learn, and ready to provide assistance whenever his crewmates need it. We're happy to have Hector on-board the team.

Willie is our newest Restoration Technician, but he has been affiliated with SERVPRO for some time. Our crew chiefs appreciate having Willie on their team because of his good natured attitude and his strong work ethic.
